On Paytm Mobile App

  • Open the Paytm Mobile Application on your phone
  • Navigate to “Bill Payments” and click on “View More”.
  • Locate the transit option and click on “Challan”. Alternatively, you can use the search bar to find the challan.
  • Enter the required details such as Challan ID/Number, vehicle number, etc.
  • Click on ‘Proceed’ to check the fine amount
  • Choose the preferred mode of payment from credit card, debit card, Paytm UPI & net banking
  • Once you complete the payment, you will receive a notification regarding the same

On Paytm Website

  • Go to the ‘Challan Bill Payment’ page on the Paytm website
  • Choose the ‘Traffic Authority’
  • Enter the required details such as Challan ID/Number, vehicle number, etc.
  • Click on ‘Proceed’ to check the fine amount
