E-challan payment in Telangana has to be done within 60 days from the date of challan issuance.

Step 2– Enter the Telangana challan number, vehicle registration number, or DL number to check the status
Step 3– Click on ‘Get Details’. The challan related information will be reflected on the screen
How to Pay E-Challan Using Telangana Traffic Police Challan Payment System?
By following these simple steps, individuals can make Telangana traffic fine payment online through the state’s official website-
Step1– Visit the official Parivahan website
Step 2– Enter the Telangana challan number, vehicle registration number or DL number
Step 3– Enter the captcha code and click on ‘Get Details’
Step 4- Check the details of the offense and the TS e-challan status
Step 5- Click on the ‘Pay’ button
Step 6- The individual will be directed to the net-banking page
Step 7- The payee can make the payment using the debit card, credit card, net banking, etc.
Step 8- On successful payment, the individual will receive a confirmation and transaction ID
*Note the reference number generated before proceeding to e-challan online payment.
How to Pay E-Challan through Paytm?
On Paytm Mobile App
- Open the Paytm Mobile Application on your phone
- Scroll Down to find ‘Challan’ and click on it
- Select the ‘Traffic Authority’
- Enter the required details such as Challan ID/Number, vehicle number, etc.
- Click on ‘Proceed’ to check the fine amount
- Choose the preferred mode of payment from credit card, debit card, Paytm wallet, Paytm postpaid, UPI & Net Banking
- Once you complete the payment, you will receive a notification regarding the same
On Paytm Website
- Go to the ‘Challan Bill Payment’ page on the Paytm website
- Choose the ‘Traffic Authority’
- Enter the required details such as Challan ID/Number, vehicle number, etc.
- Click on ‘Proceed’ to check the fine amount
- Choose the preferred mode of payment from credit card, debit card, Paytm wallet, Paytm postpaid, UPI & Net Banking
- Once you complete the payment, you will receive a notification regarding the same
Note- Currently, individuals can pay challan for Andhra Pradesh, Faridabad, Chennai, Telangana & Maharashtra traffic authorities only at Paytm. For traffic authorities other than this the individuals can check online if they allow e-challan payment.
