  • Click on any option, fill the form, enter captcha code and locate a centre
  • Visit the Aadhaar enrolment centre with all the supporting documents published on the UIDAI website
  • Fill the enrolment form and provide your biometric information like iris scan, fingerprints and other personal information to the Aadhaar official
  • Upon submission of the Aadhaar enrolment form, collect your acknowledgement slip

  • Baal Aadhaar card is for children below 5 years of age
  • Biometrics of children below the age of 5 are not required
  • Any parent of the child below 5 years needs to submit his/her Aadhaar number
