We believe in building a fun work culture for our employees. This includes organising team offsites for our Paytmers to help them interact, bond and celebrate team spirit. Recently, our Product and Tech teams headed to Goa for a two-day offsite — ‘Funnel’.
From team building activities to set their goals for the next year — the offsite included everything which boosted Paytmers with energy. It all started off with an icebreaker activity, and fireside chat, and went on to include a football match, standup, band performance, and of course Goan themed food.

Paytmers received a warm welcome in Goa!
On day 1, after the welcome address, the teams got together to discuss business plans. The Product and Tech teams introduced the product portfolio, team structure, and aspirations for the next year during the offsite. The day ended with a Goan-themed dinner and music.
Football at the beach! As sports help build team coordination and understanding, day 2 in Goa kick-started with a football match, which was definitely a great start to a fun day!
From an exciting Drum Circle to Fireside Chat with senior leadership, Paytmers had a memorable entertainment session on Day 2.
All’s well that ends well! A live entertaining band performance marked the end of the 2 days offsite in Goa for the Product and Tech Teams of Paytm.
