Enhancing our Child Daycare Policy – Covering Expenses of Daycare Centres for Female Employees, Same Gender Couples

Paytm has often been recognised as the Best Place to Work, not just because of our innovative and entrepreneurial work culture but also for our inclusive policies. 

Recently, we enhanced our existing Child Daycare Policy for female employees, single parents, and same-gender couples. To bring convenience for parents, we are offering a list of daycare centres near Paytmers’ home or the office and cover the expenses for the same. This is a small gesture from us to support working female paytmers and is a part of our vision to help our employees beyond the workplace.

With this, we are also providing this benefit for children aged between six months and six years per employee. To help Paytmers manage their work-life better, we are also offering specialized consulting services, which will enable them to select the right childcare facility from the network of a large number of partnered childcare centres across cities.
