Our family friendly health plan offers a cover of INR 5 Lakh (sum insured). The base policy covers Paytmers, their spouse and up to 2 children (immediate family). Plus, options to top up existing policy along with cover for parents of employees. Paytm also offers a separate Covid Hospitalization and Home Care policy for employees, their spouses and children.

Time Away from Work
