Step 1: Visit the official website of the National Voters Service Portal.
Step 2: Click on “Fill form 6” button. And then you’ll be redirected to the page where you will be required to create an account.
Step 3: Enter your mobile number and email address and the captcha. Click on continue.
Step 4: The form will appear. Fill in details such as your state, district, and parliamentary constituency.
Step 5: Upload the required documents, enter the captcha code, click on “Preview and submit” button. If all details are correct, click on submit. An acknowledgment number will be generated for tracking your application.
You can also do this entire process offline, by downloading the Form 6. After downloading, print the form, fill in the details, and submit it to the Chief Electoral Office in your city.
