- Select a preferred date based on passport slot availability for your previously chosen PSK location and click on ‘book appointment.’
- Visit the PSK location on your rescheduled appointment date with all original documents and their self-attested copies as required for your application.

How to Schedule an Appointment for a Passport Application?
To schedule a passport appointment date, the applicant is required to register on the Passport Seva website. Once registration is successfully completed, the applicant can schedule an appointment. To schedule an appointment, here is what an applicant needs to do:
Step 1: Register via the Passport Seva Online portal.
Step 2: Log in to the portal with the registered ID.
Step 3: Click on ‘’apply for fresh passport/re-issue of passport’’.
