At Paytm, we believe proper planning and implementation play a major role in achieving our desired goals. To build opportunities, we organized a two-day offsite at Jim Corbett in Uttarakhand for our Enterprise Team. The idea behind the offsite is to celebrate the team spirit and let Paytmers bond. The team also came together to brainstorm and talk over the roadmap toward achieving business and growth goals for FY 2024. Here are some of the glimpses from CONQUER FY24.
Conquer- the two-day event saw the participation of the enterprise mid-market, brand EMI subvention, and deals team. The team discussed the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) at the event held in April 2023. On day 1, Paytmers had Q&A sessions, team-building activities, high tea, and a gala dinner.
Day 2 was all about fun and recognition! Paytmers enjoyed a nature walk and received awards followed by a gala dinner.
What a joyful ride! Paytmers can be seen enjoying their outing at Jim Corbett. With numerous opportunities awaiting us, we are all pepped up with our goals and plans to achieve another milestone and conquer FY24.
