Here’s a peek into Paytm’s new office — a place where innovation meets excellence

On November 15, 2021, Paytm inaugurated its new office campus, spread across 5.5 lakh square feet and two towers in Sector 98, Noida. We have gradually and cautiously moved into the new spaces with our flexible working model encouraging Paytmers to work from where they are most comfortable.

Paytm’s new office complex in Skymark One is the ideal collaborative hub with community spaces – from training rooms to break out zones, a gymnasium, and a landscaped rooftop to cafeterias with live kitchen counters.

Perfect for improving operational efficiency and to create synergies between various teams and processes, the Paytm campus prioritises Paytmers with several amenities designed around their well being and productivity. The design has been thoughtfully executed by a reputed architecture firm in close collaboration with Paytm’s Central Design team and facilitated by its Admin crew.

While the ground and the first floors comprise retail and F&B outlets such as Shoppers Stop, Starbucks, Crossword, and Haldirams along with ATM services, and a mailroom, the second, third and fourth floors are dedicated to multi level car parking. The fifth floor offers a common cafeteria for both towers. Between the sixth and the 22nd floor (with a capacity of 4,000+ seats overall) is where Paytmers come together for problem solving, innovation and disruptive thinking. This is where they demonstrate Paytm’s values of Pushing Boundaries, Doing Great Things, Fast, having an Entrepreneurial Spirit and more. 

Paytm has an equal opportunity policy for persons of disability for which it has provisioned convenient parking spaces, ramps with handrails at the entrances, wide passages with ample turning radius for wheelchairs, separate washrooms for the specially-abled, elevators with handle supports and easy access to pantry, drinking water stations and cafeterias.

Here are some salient features that encourage productivity, innovation and experimentation at the Noida campus.

The Noida campus is LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum Building certified, a green building certification system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council in 1993, further strengthening our promise towards sustainability and energy saving efforts.

The retail and F&B options located on the ground and first floor is a go-to when Paytmers want to step away from their workstations and take meetings or work out of cafes downstairs for a change of scene.

Paytm is synonymous with a culture of collaboration. The workstations have been designed as an open plan concept without any divisions. The stations face away from the open glass facades on either side to avoid reflections on the screen and minimise distraction.

The work floors are equipped with 4,6,8 and 10 seater meeting rooms on both sides along with larger conference rooms for brainstorming meets, daily stand ups or working sessions.

The Training Room with its capacity of 60-70 seating is where town halls happen along with regular upskilling programmes for employees. A foldable, flexible partition has been created to break the room into two to make the best use of the space.

To accommodate Paytmers from both Towers E and D, healthy nutritious food is served at the larger fifth floor cafeteria with live kitchen counters. There is also a smaller, dedicated cafeteria on the 6th floor so that meals are easily accessible for everyone. Additionally, every floor has a small pantry attached for quick snacks and coffee.

The quirky, casual break out areas have been designed specially for one-on-ones or quick catch ups over chai.

The on-campus, gym facilities are for Paytmers to take care of their health and well being, and focus on what matters to them.

All break out zones come with open facades and incredible views – from green vistas of a nearby golf course to the expansive Noida Expressway and the city’s glittering night skyline as backdrop.
