How to Find the EPIC Number on Your Voter ID Card?

To find your EPIC number on your voter ID card, follow these simple steps:

1. Check the Front Side of Your Voter ID Card: The EPIC number is printed on the front side of your voter ID card. It is a 10-digit alpha-numeric code that starts with a combination of letters and numbers.
2. Check Online: If you do not have your voter ID card, you can visit the National Voters’ Service Portal (NVSP) and enter your reference number to find your EPIC number.

How to Find EPIC Number on NVSP?

Below is how you can find EPIC number through NVSP: 

Step 1: Visit the official NVSP portal.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Search in Electoral Roll’ tab.

Step 3: On the new page, you will be presented with two options – ‘Search by Details’ or ‘Search by Mobile’. Choose the option that suits you.

Step 4: Select your state and preferred language from the provided drop-down menus. Fill in the necessary details and enter the captcha code. Then, click on the ‘Search’ button.

Step 5: Once the search is complete, your EPIC number will be displayed in the ‘EPIC Number’ column, along with your voter ID details based on your registration in the electoral roll.

How to Download a Voter ID Card With Epic Number?

Step 1: Visit the official NVSP (National Voter’s Service Portal) website.

Step 2: Go to the official National Voter Service Portal (NVSP).

Step 3: Click on the ‘Login’ button. Enter your mobile number, password, and the captcha code. Then click the ‘Request OTP’ button.

Step 4: Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number and click the ‘Verify & Login’ button.

Step 5: After logging in, click on the ‘E-EPIC Download’ tab.

Step 6: Select the ‘EPIC No’ or ‘Form Reference no.’ option.

Step 7: Enter your EPIC number or Form Reference Number, choose your state, and click ‘Search’. (Note: The Form Reference Number can be found in the acknowledgement receipt received after submitting Form 6).

Step 8: Your Voter ID details will appear on the screen. Click ‘Send OTP’. Please note, if your mobile number is not updated, you won’t see the ‘Send OTP’ button. You can update your mobile number by filling Form 8 on the NVSP Portal.

Step 9: Enter the OTP and click ‘Verify’.

Step 10: Click ‘Download e-EPIC’ to download your Voter ID card.
