Step 2: Find ‘correction of entities in existing electoral roll’ on the main page.
Step 3: Click on the ‘form 8’ button on the screen.
Step 4: The form will redirect you to a new page. Fill in your registered mobile no./Email ID/EPIC no. and password on that page and click on ‘request OTP’.
Step 5: Once you enter the OTP, you will be successfully logged in to the app.
Step 6: From the two options, click on ‘Self’ and submit.
Step 7: From the dropdown menu, click on ‘correction of entries in the existing portal’ and click on ‘ok’.
Step 8: Select your Name, State, District and Assembly/Parliamentary Constituency and click on ‘Next’.
Step 9: Click on ‘Name’ from all the tick boxes and enter your ‘first name’ and ‘surname’.
Step 10: Provide anyone supporting documents such as adhar card etc.
Step 11: Click on ‘Next’. Fill in your ‘Place’ and captcha and click on ‘save’ to save your form.
Step 12: Click on ‘Preview and Submit’. Check all the details in your form carefully and click on ‘Submit’ to submit your application.
Step 13: Once submitted, you will be provided with a reference number, which helps in tracking your application for voter ID correction.

Step 1: Visit the official website of National Voter Services Portal
Step 2: Click on ‘Track application status’ under ‘Services’ section.
Step 3: Login to your account with your login credentials.
Step 4: Once logged in, click on ‘track application status’ and enter your reference number and state.
Step 5: Click on ‘Submit’ and your application status will be displayed on your screen.
