• If you are an existing user, log in using your active user ID via the “Existing User login” option.

• If you’re using the services for the first time, you must register by tapping the “New User Registration” option.
  • Fill in your personal information for a new ID, such as your name, address, and date of birth.
  • A drop-down menu will be displayed; select the passport office nearest to you.
  • Submit your information, including your name, birth date, email address, etc.
  • Next, enter a unique login ID and password.
  • Choose a security question and response so that you can retrieve your password when needed.
  • Carefully type the captcha code and press “Submit”.
  • You’ll receive an email at your registered email ID from the passport office, containing a verification link to activate your account.
  • When you click the verification link, a new webpage will open to verify your account.
  • After validating your account, close the app and reopen it.

• Now select the “Existing User” option and type in the captcha code, login ID, and password.

• Next, tap the “Apply for a new passport” option.

• Pay the applicable fee by choosing your preferred mode of payment.
