Steps to Download and Register on the mParivahan Mobile App

Following are a few simple steps you can follow to download the mParivahan app on your mobile device:

Step 1: Go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your mobile device

Step 2: Search for ‘mParivahan’ and tap ‘Install’ or ‘Get’.

Step 3: Once downloaded, open the app and sign in if you already have an account. If you don’t have an account, tap ‘Create Account’.

Step 4: Fill in all the details as requested and tap ‘Submit’

Step 5: Next, you will receive an OTP. Enter the OTP and tap ‘Verify’. 

Step 6: Your account is now created. To sign in, enter your MPIN and tap ‘Sign in with MPIN’. 

How to Generate a Virtual RC on mParivahan App 

With the mParivahan app, you can generate a virtual Registration Certificate (RC). Follow these steps to create your virtual RC:

Step 1: Open the mParivahan app and sign in to your account.

Step 2: Tap ‘My Virtual RC’ on your home screen.

Step 3: Enter your vehicle number, the last 5 digits of your chassis number and engine number, and tap ‘Add My Vehicle’.

Step 4: Next, you will receive an OTP on your registered number. Enter the OTP and tap ‘Submit’.

Step 5: Your virtual RC is successfully created. Tap ‘View Virtual RC’ to see your virtual RC. 

Steps to Create a Virtual DL on mParivahan App

Following are the steps you need to follow to generate your virtual driving license.

Step 1: Open the mParivahan app and sign in to your account.

Step 2: Tap ‘My Virtual DL’ on your home screen.

Step 3: Enter your driving license number and date of birth (DOB) and tap ‘Add My Driving License’.

Step 4: You will receive an OTP on your registered number. Enter the OTP and tap ‘Submit’.

Step 5: Your virtual DL is now successfully created. Tap ‘View Virtual DL’ to see your virtual DL.  

Steps to Check E-Challans on mParivahan App

Step 1: Go to the mParivahan app on your mobile phone and sign in.

Step 2: Enter your vehicle number on the home screen.

Step 3: Tap the search icon next to your vehicle number.

Step 4: You can see all the details of your vehicle. Below that, tap ‘View Challan’.

Step 5: Enter your chassis number and engine number and tap ‘View Challan’.

Step 6: Any challan imposed on your vehicle will be displayed.
