Offer Terms & Conditions (T&Cs):

  • Minimum Value: Did your transaction meet the minimum amount required for the offer?

  • Maximum Limit: Was there a "max cashback" amount (e.g., "up to ₹50")?

  • Payment Method: Did you use the specific payment method required (e.g., UPI, net banking?

  • Offer Validity: Was the offer active at the time of your transaction?

  • Exclusions: Were certain items or transaction types excluded?

  • One-Time Use: Have you already used this offer before?

  • Random Cashback: Was it an offer for a random amount within a range?

Review Offer & Transaction:

Go to the "Cashback & Offers" section or your transaction in "Passbook" to re-read all the specific offer T&Cs.

Contact Paytm Customer Support:

  • In your Paytm app, go to 'Help & Support'.

  • Select the specific transaction related to the cashback.

  • Choose the option for "Cashback not received" or "Less cashback than expected" and provide details.

Paytm support will investigate based on the offer's rules and your transaction.
