How to Access Full Transaction Details?

• Open the Paytm App: Open the application on your mobile device.

• Navigate to 'Balance & History': On the home screen, look for and tap the "Balance & History" icon. This section serves as your digital passbook, listing all historical and current transactions.

• Select the Specific Transaction: Scroll through the chronological list of transactions and tap on the entry you need details for. This opens the Transaction Summary screen.

Essential Transaction Information Provided

The summary screen displays all critical information, which is necessary for verification or resolving any issues:

• Transaction Status: Confirms the final outcome: Success, Pending, or Failed.

• UPI Reference Number / Bank Reference ID: This is the 12-digit unique ID for UPI transfers, which is crucial for tracking the funds through the bank network and NPCI.

• Paytm Transaction ID: The internal unique identifier assigned by Paytm.

• Amount, Date & Time: The exact amount transferred and the precise processing time.

• Receiver/Merchant Details: The details of the beneficiary of the payment.
