The Paytm Wallet feature is no longer available for new top-ups or direct transfers.

If you previously attempted a transfer of funds from your old Paytm Wallet balance that was debited but not credited to your bank account:

  • Automatic Refund: This amount will be automatically refunded back to your available wallet balance. This reversal typically takes a few business days.
  • Alternative Use: Instead of attempting a bank transfer, you can use those funds directly for regular merchant payments within the Paytm app or at accepting merchants.
  • For Clarity: If the expected refund does not appear, or for better clarity on a specific old transaction, please connect directly with Paytm Customer Support via the app's Help section.
