Since the Paytm Wallet is no longer operational for new deposits, any existing balance or funds previously added must be managed via the following options:
Use the Existing Balance: You can still use the available funds for online/offline merchant payments, utility bill payments, and other services accessible on the Paytm app.
Withdraw to Bank Account: The easiest option is to transfer the entire balance out. Go to the wallet/account balance section in the Paytm app, select "Transfer to Bank," and move the funds to your linked bank account.
Contact Support: If you face any issues with usage or withdrawal, raise a query through the "Help & Support" section in the Paytm app for assistance in transferring the balance.
