We believe, at Paytm, that the workplace is more than just deadlines and deliverables—it is also a space for growth, inspiration, and belonging. Staying true to this belief, we recently launched Women@Paytm, a monthly conversational series designed to create a strong community of women through live interactions, shared experiences, and insights from inspiring leaders.
Women@Paytm is a community-driven initiative that brings women Paytmers across the organization together to connect, collaborate, and grow. With support from our senior women leaders, this platform fosters open dialogue, mentorship, and shared learning. It empowers Paytmers to navigate their careers with confidence while building a strong sense of belonging.
The series is not just about conversations—it is about sparking growth and change. Topics that Paytmers are eager to explore include building executive presence and confidence, building a strong professional network, navigating motherhood alongside careers & managing transitions, overcoming bias and stereotypes, and prioritizing mental health and wellness. Each of these themes reflects the real challenges and aspirations of women in the workplace and provides meaningful opportunities for peer learning and collective support.
Created as part of Paytm’s employee engagement initiatives, Women@Paytm is designed specifically for women who wish to connect with others on similar professional and personal journeys. It is a space where women can openly share experiences, challenges, and wins—while inspiring and uplifting one another. By bringing together cohorts of women across roles and levels, the series encourages authentic conversations, peer learning, and mutual support.
At its core, the mission of Women@Paytm is to build an inclusive community where women can connect, collaborate, inspire, get inspired and support one another in both professional and personal growth through open dialogues and mentorship. The initiative also encourages Paytmers to invite and refer colleagues to join, thereby expanding this circle of shared empowerment.
