Team outings are recreational ways to facilitate team bonding and reduce workplace stress and monotony. A small trip with colleagues brings several opportunities – from a short break to exposing hidden talents, celebrating team spirit, and more. We at Paytm, believe in providing work-life balance and encourage Paytmers to participate in exciting activities to help them energise. Through this, we are creating a better workplace environment and a close-knit workforce.
In order to communicate and collaborate with each other, we keep organising team outings for Paytmers. We recently organised a three-day offsite to Rishikesh for our IT Team. This small trip to the place of sagas included outdoor activities, DJ night, dinner, and more. The team also had small discussions to create team synchronisation.

It’s mesmerizing! The team had an overnight stay at the riverside cottages and was fascinated by the scenic beauty of the place.
Trip to Rishikesh is incomplete without river rafting! Paytmers were thrilled to have an exciting experience.
Outdoor games like cricket and basketball built the bonding and brought the team closer.
The team also enjoyed a bonfire along with delicious delicacies and a DJ night.
