Want to keep a specific transaction private? The Paytm App allows you to hide certain entries from your main payment history, chat, and statement. This is a quick and simple way to manage your privacy.
Here are the simple steps to hide a specific payment from your Paytm history:
- Step 1: Open the Paytm App and tap on ‘Balance & History’ (usually found at the bottom of the home screen).
- Step 2: Scroll down to the Payment History section, select the payment you wish to hide, and swipe left on the entry.
- Step 3: Tap on the blue ‘Hide’ button that appears on the right side.
- Step 4: A pop-up will appear confirming the action. Tap ‘Hide’ in the pop-up to finalise the process.
The selected payment is now hidden from your main history, chat, and UPI statement.
