- Scroll down and click on the ‘Request Wallet Statement’ option
- Choose a time period or customize it. Paytm currently provides history for the last 365 days. Prior to that, the user must submit a request through CST
- Enter the email address to which the statement will be sent
- Click the ‘Confirm’ button
- The statement will be sent to the email address you provided
At the moment, the wallet history is provided for the last 365 days. For the period before 365 days, the user must raise a request via CST.
