Note:

  • You need to submit an original bank statement that has the bank’s branch name, the stamp of issuing officer, along with the applicant’s photograph and his/her bank account number
  • Submit an original copy of the certificate of identity in its prescribed format, duly signed by a Member of Legislative Assembly, Member of Parliament, Gazetted Officer or Municipal Councillor
  • Bank/credit card statements and utility bills should not be older than 3 months

HUFs and non-residents of India can apply for a PAN card by submitting the following documents to the Indian PAN card authorities-
