Meaning
A UPI Complaint refers to a user-raised issue regarding a failed, delayed, or incorrect UPI transaction. It allows users to report problems such as money being debited but not received by the recipient.
How to Raise It
You can raise a complaint directly from your UPI app using the “Help” or “Report Issue” option within the transaction details. Banks and NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) also offer support for unresolved cases. Complaints are usually resolved within 2–3 working days.
