• Click on “All payment services” under ‘Recharge & Pay Bills on Paytm”

• Select your service type, if any (such as Water Challan, Water Charge, Service Charge etc.)
• Enter your ‘Customer Identification Number’ (such as RR Number, Customer ID, K Number etc.)

On the Application-

• Open Paytm mobile application
• Click on “View More” under Recharge and Bill Payments
