On the Application-

• Open Paytm mobile application
• Navigate to ‘Bill Payments” section and click on “View More” 
• Scroll the screen and click on “Water”.
• Select your water board (such as BWSSB, DDA, DJB, NDMC, HMWSSB etc.)
• Select your service type, if any (such as Water Challan, Water Charge, Service Charge etc.)
• Enter your ‘Customer Identification Number’ (such as RR Number, Customer ID, K Number etc.)
• Click on “Proceed” to view your water bill amount and complete the payment.

On Paytm Website-

• Sign in to the Paytm website
• Click on “All payment services” under ‘Recharge & Pay Bills on Paytm”
• Next, click on ‘Water Bill’
• Select your water board (such as BWSSB, DDA, DJB, NDMC, HMWSSB etc.)
• Select your service type, if any (such as Water Challan, Water Charge, Service Charge etc.)
• Enter your ‘Customer Identification Number’ (such as RR Number, Customer ID, K Number etc.)
• Click on ‘Proceed’ to check your water bill amount

You can also check your water bill amount and water bill status on the website of your water supply board. The steps may vary from one water supply board to another; however, they are going to be similar to the ones we have mentioned below-

• Visit the official website of your water supply board
• Go to ‘Our Services’ section
• Navigate to ‘View/Print Bill’ and click on it
• Enter your ‘Customer Identification Number’
• Enter the captcha, if any
• Click on ‘View bill’
