Finding Booked Ticket Details

To find the full details for any ticket you have purchased on Paytm (e.g., Movie, Train, Flight, Bus), you need to navigate to your Order History within the app.

Here is how to do it:

• Open the Paytm App and navigate to the "Orders & Bookings" section, found within your Profile (on the top left corner of the app).
• Locate and tap on the specific ticket booking (e.g., your movie show or train journey) from the list.
• The next screen will instantly display all your essential booking information, including:
  • Booking ID
  • PNR Number (for train/flight tickets)
  • Seat/Berth Number, Hall/Bus Number details.
  • Booking Status (Confirmed/Waiting List).
  • The option to Download/View the original ticket or confirmation document.
