If you successfully paid for a ticket on Paytm but haven't received the confirmation email or SMS:

  • Check Your Order History: First, go to your Paytm App > Profile (on the top left corner of the app)> 'My Orders'. If the booking status shows 'Success' or 'Confirmed,' the ticket is usually valid.
  • Check Spam/Promotions: Thoroughly check your email's Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders, as automated emails often get filtered there.
  • Allow Time: Sometimes, SMS delivery can be delayed due to network issues. Wait for at least 30 minutes after a successful booking.
  • Direct In-App Access: For most bookings (like movies or flights), the ticket/voucher/PNR details are stored directly within the 'My Orders' section of the app, even without the email. You can usually show the in-app confirmation at the venue.
  • Contact Support (If Still Unsure): If the order status is 'Success' but you cannot find the details in-app after an hour, use the 'Need Help?' option on that specific order in your bookings section to raise a priority ticket.
