Steps to Book Bus Tickets on Paytm

Follow the steps to book your bus ticket:

• Navigate to Bus Tickets:
  • Open the Paytm App.
  • Tap on 'Bus Tickets' from the Travel section on the home screen.
• Enter Travel Details:
  • Enter the Departure City (From) and Arrival City (To).
  • Select the Date of Journey.
  • Tap 'Search Buses'.
• Select a Bus:
  • Browse the list of available buses with timings, prices, and ratings.
  • Use filters to sort by departure time, bus type (AC/Non-AC, Sleeper/Seater), operator, etc.
  • Tap on your preferred bus to view seat availability.
• Select Seats:
  • View the seat layout and select your preferred seat(s).
  • Tap 'Continue' after selecting.
• Enter Passenger Details:
  • Enter the Name, Age, and Gender of all passengers.
  • Add contact details (Email and Mobile Number) for booking confirmation.
• Enter Boarding Point:
  • Select your preferred Boarding Point from the available options.
  • If applicable, select the Dropping Point as well.
• Make Payment:
  • Review the total fare.
  • Apply any available Promo Code.
  • Tap 'Proceed to Pay' and select your preferred payment mode (UPI, Net Banking, or Debit/Credit Cards).
  • Complete the payment.
• Booking Confirmation:
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive your m-ticket via SMS and email.
  • You can also view your ticket in 'My Orders' on the Paytm App.
