To cancel a flight ticket booked through Paytm, follow these simple steps within the app:

• Open Paytm App, tap on your Profile icon (available on the top left corner), and then tap on the 'My Orders' section.

• Find the flight booking you wish to cancel and tap on it.

• Look for the 'Cancel Booking' or 'Modify/Cancel Ticket' option and select it.

• Review the cancellation policy, fees, and the expected refund amount shown by the airline/Paytm. Select the passengers and segments you want to cancel, then confirm the cancellation.

• Once initiated, the ticket status will update to 'Cancelled'. The refund, after deducting cancellation charges, will be processed to the original payment source (bank account or card) within the time frame specified by the airline and Paytm (typically 3–15 working days).
