It is not possible to cancel a successful UPI transaction once you have entered your UPI PIN, as funds are transferred in real-time. If you have sent money to the wrong person, you should:
- Contact the recipient immediately and request a refund of the amount.
- Notify your bank or the recipient's bank to raise a formal complaint or dispute for the transaction.
- Use the Help or Support section in the Paytm app to report the issue.
- Escalate the matter to the NPCI portal if the bank does not resolve the issue.
