How to cancel a pending UPI transaction?

It is not possible to manually cancel a UPI transaction once you have entered your UPI PIN. If a transaction is in a pending state, you must wait for the banking system to update the final status.

• Wait up to 48 hours for the bank to confirm if the payment is successful or failed.
• If the payment eventually fails, the debited amount is typically reversed to your account within 3 to 5 business days.
• If the transaction is successful but was made incorrectly, contact your bank or use the NPCI Dispute Redressal Mechanism.
