How to fill cheque withdrawal slip

To fill a cheque for self-withdrawal, follow these steps:

• Write the current date in the top right corner in DD/MM/YYYY format.
• In the Payee section, write Self to indicate you are withdrawing the funds personally.
• Write the withdrawal amount in words starting from the extreme left and end with Only.
• Enter the same amount in numerical figures in the box provided.
• Sign the cheque at the bottom right corner exactly as per your bank records.
• Present this completed cheque at your bank branch to receive the cash.
