To fill a Demand Draft (DD) application form in India, provide these essential details:

• Beneficiary Details: Write the exact name of the person or organization to whom the payment is being made.
• Amount: Clearly state the sum in both words and numerical figures.
• Payable Location: Specify the city and bank branch where the DD will be encashed.
• Applicant Information: Enter your name, account number, and signature.
• Mode of Payment: Indicate if you are paying via cash, cheque, or account debit.

For amounts exceeding ₹50,000, submitting your PAN card details is mandatory.
