To provide greater flexibility, the platform is also offering a free cancellation option with 100% instant refund credited directly to the source account; this applies to all train ticket bookings, including tatkal tickets. Also, enhancing the overall travel experience, we allow users to access live train running status, PNR updates, and leverage its Ticket Assure service.
