Paying your water bill on time is easy with the Paytm App. You can quickly locate your water board, confirm your billing details, and complete the payment using your preferred method in just a few simple steps.
Here are the simple steps to pay your water bill using the Paytm App:
- Step 1: Open the Paytm App and tap on the Search Button (magnifying glass icon) at the top of the screen. Type ‘Water’ in the search bar and select the ‘Water’ option under services.
- Step 2: Select your Water Board from the list of available lenders (e.g., Delhi Development Authority, Bangalore Water Supply, etc.).
- Step 3: Enter your Customer ID (this is your unique identifier with the water board).
- Step 4: Tap ‘Proceed’ to let the app fetch your bill details. Confirm the Billing Amount and check the bill due date.
- Step 5: Tap on ‘Proceed to Pay’.
- Step 6: Select your preferred payment option (UPI, Bank Account, Card, or Paytm Wallet).
- Step 7: Enter your UPI PIN (or required security details) to complete the payment.
