PFYL has been designed in partnership with Manipal Academy of BFSI to offer continuous learning opportunities to the candidates. Under this program, candidates will undergo four months of classroom training at the Manipal Academy of BFSI, followed by two months of internship and six months of on-the-job training at Paytm. Candidates will get an opportunity to learn from industry experts and gain real-world fintech experience through this program.

Upon successful completion of the 12-month program, candidates will be given a certificate of Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Payments & Financial Services from MAHE (Manipal Academy of Higher Education), and will be inducted into Paytm as full time employees in Sales and Non Sales roles.
