Our cutting-edge solutions are not just innovative but transformative. Our revolutionary Paytm QR code is a game-changer, especially for India’s small businesses. The iconic device has now been used by the Australian Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Richard Marles to make UPI payments to a lemonade seller in Delhi.
Sidhant Sibal, a user of X (Former Twitter) shared a captivating video of Minister Marles doing UPI payments via Paytm QR saying, “Australia Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister @RichardMarlesMP showed how UPI (@Paytm) is used for payments in India,” he tweeted.
The Australia Deputy Prime Minister is in India for a 2+2 ministerial dialogue. Earlier in the day he visited the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.
This is not the first time our pioneering device has been applauded. The embassy shared images and a video of Minister Wissing making a payment to a local vegetable vendor with the Soundbox in Bengaluru. His experience highlighted the speed, convenience, and sophistication our technology brings to financial transactions.
