Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm Paytm Foundation handed over 67 Oxygen Concentrators to Brahmarashtra Eakam Vishwa Mahasangh Trust, a not-for-profit organization, in Varanasi on August 7, 2024. In collaboration with the Trust, we also donated two oxygen concentrators each to the Government Post Graduate Ayurvedic College and Hospital in Dhoopchandi, Chaukaghat, and to the Commissionerate in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

Recognising the critical need for medical resources, the Foundation has demonstrated its dedication to supporting community healthcare through its #OxygenforLife initiative. Launched during the COVID-19 pandemic to address the urgent need for medical oxygen, this initiative distributes oxygen concentrators and enhances long-term oxygen capacity at government hospitals, institutes, and not-for-profit organisations by setting up oxygen plants. The Foundation also provides essential services like ambulances, further supporting the communities we serve.

The recent donation of oxygen concentrators in Varanasi underscores the Foundation’s unwavering commitment to bolstering public health infrastructure and providing crucial support where it is needed most. The #OxygenforLife initiative is a testament to the Foundation’s ongoing efforts to make a positive impact on society, particularly in times of need.
