We believe that true social responsibility goes beyond business; it’s about making a lasting difference in our communities. Recently, Paytmers spent a meaningful day with children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds in Noida in collaboration with CHETNA NGO (Childhood Enhancement through Training and Action). Our CSR arm Paytm Foundation and CHETNA have been working together to ensure that every child enjoys a childhood with access to education, free from the burden of labor imposed by financial hardships.
Founded in 2002, CHETNA is committed to improving the lives of children from challenging backgrounds, especially those living on the streets or engaged in hazardous work. The NGO is transforming the lives of these children by offering education, protection, and opportunities to build a brighter future.
The day kicked off with an interactive session, where Paytmers took the time to connect with the children. It was followed by a creative art competition and poster-making activity, where the kids were encouraged to express their dreams and visions. Through colorful drawings, they painted a future filled with hope and possibilities, supported every step of the way by Paytmers.
What started with reflection and creativity soon blossomed into pure joy. The rest of the day was packed with fun activities, from games to storytelling sessions, that filled the air with laughter. Every child’s smile was a testament to the warmth and care our volunteers brought with them. Paytmers went above and beyond to ensure each child felt included, valued, and cherished.
The day wasn’t just about fun and games — it was a powerful reminder of our shared responsibility. The children’s enthusiasm, excitement, and eagerness to participate reflected the event’s success. Many of them couldn’t wait for the next Saturday session, ready for more learning, laughter, and memories.
