Immediate Steps to Recover Your Account

Step 1: Change Your Password Immediately

  • If you can still access your account, go to Profile > 'Security & Privacy' > 'Change Password'.

Step 2: Log Out of All Devices

  • Navigate to Profile > 'Security & Privacy' > 'Manage Accounts on All Devices'.
  • Tap 'Logout' on all unfamiliar or suspicious sessions.

Step 3: Check Recent Transactions

  • Go to 'Balance & History' or 'Passbook' and review all recent transactions.
  • Note down any unauthorized transactions for reporting.

Step 4: Contact Paytm Support

  • Open the Paytm App and go to '24x7 Help' section.
