Your Paytm account is linked to a registered mobile number, which is used for login, OTP verification, and UPI transactions. If you're unsure which number is linked to your account, you can easily check it within the app.

Steps to Check Your Registered Mobile Number

Follow the steps to find your Paytm registered mobile number:

• Open the Paytm App:
  • Launch the Paytm App on your smartphone.
• Go to Profile:
  • Tap on your Profile Icon located at the top-left corner of the home screen.
• View Registered Number:
  • Your registered mobile number will be displayed at the top of the Profile screen, usually below your name.
  • This is the number linked to your Paytm account for all transactions and communications.

Why is the Registered Number Important?

• Login & Security: OTPs for login and transactions are sent to this number.
• UPI Transactions: Your UPI ID is created using this mobile number.
• Bank Linking: Your bank account must be linked to the same number for UPI to work.
