1. Offer Terms Not Met
- Minimum Amount: Your transaction may not have met the minimum value required.

- Excluded Category: Certain transaction types or merchants may be excluded from the offer.
2. Processing Time
- Rewards are not always instant. Typical credit timelines:
- Cashback: 24-72 hours after transaction
- Scratch Cards: Usually instant to 24 hours
- Points: 24-48 hours
3. Offer Limit Exceeded
- You may have already used the offer the maximum allowed times.
- The overall offer budget may have been exhausted.
4. Transaction Status
- Rewards are only credited for successful transactions.
- If your transaction is pending or failed, rewards won't be credited until it's resolved.
How to Check Your Rewards
- Open Paytm App > 'Cashback & Offers'.
- Check 'Cashback Won' for credited rewards.
