If your Paytm rewards (cashback, points, or vouchers) haven't been credited after a transaction, here's what you need to understand and do.

Common Reasons for Missing Rewards

1. Offer Terms Not Met

  • Minimum Amount: Your transaction may not have met the minimum value required.
  • Payment Method: The offer may have been for a specific payment method (e.g., UPI only, first-time users only).
  • Excluded Category: Certain transaction types or merchants may be excluded from the offer.

2. Processing Time

  • Rewards are not always instant. Typical credit timelines:
    • Cashback: 24-72 hours after transaction
    • Scratch Cards: Usually instant to 24 hours
    • Points: 24-48 hours

3. Offer Limit Exceeded

  • You may have already used the offer the maximum allowed times.
  • The overall offer budget may have been exhausted.

4. Transaction Status

  • Rewards are only credited for successful transactions.
  • If your transaction is pending or failed, rewards won't be credited until it's resolved.

How to Check Your Rewards

  1. Open Paytm App > 'Cashback & Offers'.
  2. Check 'Cashback Won' for credited rewards.
  3. Check 'Activated Offers' to see offer progress.

What to Do If Rewards Are Missing

If rewards aren't credited after the expected timeline (usually 72 hours):

  1. Go to '24x7 Help' in the Paytm App.
  2. Select the specific transaction.
  3. Choose 'Cashback/Reward not received'.
  4. Provide transaction details and submit.

Paytm support will verify the offer terms and your transaction eligibility, then credit the reward if applicable.
