Go to the profile section in your Paytm app.
Locate the 'My Orders' and tap on the specific recharge transaction in your history.
Tap on it and select 'Need Help?' to raise a ticket regarding the "Incorrect Recharge Benefit Received."
Provide Details: In your complaint, clearly state:
The Plan You Paid For.
The Benefit You Actually Received.
Your Transaction ID.
Paytm support will then coordinate with the recharge provider to ensure the correct plan is activated or that a refund is processed.
