Fixing Red Light Issues

A red light typically indicates a connectivity problem. Try these solutions:

1. Check Network Connection

  • SIM-based Soundbox: Ensure the SIM card is properly inserted and has an active data plan.
  • Wi-Fi Soundbox: Check if your Wi-Fi is working and the Soundbox is within range.

2. Restart the Device

  • Press and hold the power button to turn off the Soundbox.
  • Wait for 10 seconds.
  • Press the power button again to restart.

3. Check for Obstructions

  • Move the Soundbox to a location with better network coverage.
  • Avoid placing it near electronic devices that may cause interference.

4. Re-insert SIM Card

  • Power off the device.
  • Remove and re-insert the SIM card properly.
  • Power on and wait for the device to connect.

Fixing Green Blinking Light Issues

If the green light keeps blinking continuously without becoming solid:

  • Check if the network is available in your area.
  • Restart the device and wait for 2-3 minutes.
