  • Transaction Limit Exceeded: You have already reached the maximum number of transactions allowed for that specific offer in a day, week, or month.

  • Pending/Failed Status: The transaction may be stuck in a pending state, or was a returned, disputed, or failed transaction, which are typically not considered eligible.

What You Should Do

  • Check T&Cs: Carefully review the eligibility criteria and limits mentioned on the offer details screen to ensure your transaction qualifies.

  • Contact Support: If the transaction satisfied all the T&Cs and still isn't reflecting, contact Paytm Help & Support with the transaction details for platform-specific assistance
