How to enable UPI circle?

To enable UPI Circle, the Primary user initiates the link with a Secondary user. The Secondary user must register on a supported UPI app with their phone number. The Primary user then scans the Secondary user's QR code or enters their UPI ID, selects the contact, and verifies the person to begin the linking process. The Secondary user must accept the invite to complete joining the UPI Circle.
