How to create a UPI ID for Paytm?

To create a UPI ID on Paytm, follow these steps:

• Open the Paytm app and tap your profile icon at the top-left corner.
• Select UPI and Payment Settings.
• Tap on UPI ID and select the option to create a new or custom UPI ID.
• Choose your preferred ID from the available handles like @ptaxis, @pthdfc, or @ptsbi.
• Select the bank account you wish to link and verify your mobile number via SMS.

Once verified, your unique UPI ID will be active for instant transactions.
