Are UPI circles private?

UPI Circle is designed for controlled sharing. While secondary users need authentication (biometric/app password) for access, the primary user retains control. The primary user manages permissions, sets transaction limits, and can view the secondary user's transaction history. This setup ensures oversight and security rather than complete privacy from the primary account holder.
