- Enter the current date and your bank account number accurately.
- Write the account holder's name as registered with the bank.
- Under the cheque deposit section, list each cheque individually with its unique cheque number and the amount.
- Calculate the total amount of all cheques and write it in the total column.
- Write the total amount in words as well.
- Provide your mobile number and sign the slip if required.
